Advisor & Chief of Staff to Families Who Value Order, Trust & Action
Anthony Roffino is a decisive operator and trusted, multidisciplinary advisor to ultra-high-net-worth families — known for translating complexity into clarity and execution. With two decades of leadership experience, he brings rare discipline, discretion, and drive to every engagement. His calling is to shape stable, high-performing structures around demanding personal and financial lives.
Before launching Project Syntropy, Anthony served as the founding executive of a large Single Family Office in northeast Florida. There, he built and led a comprehensive operation around a family’s expansive portfolio of private investments, real assets, legal and tax planning, and personal services. He oversaw the full buildout of the office’s internal team while curating a high-caliber ecosystem of advisors, vendors, and strategic partners.
Earlier in his career, Anthony advised both corporate and family clients on more than $1 billion in energy-related transactions while with the investment banking firm Piper Sandler (formerly Simmons Energy) in Houston.
He began his career as a Ranger-qualified U.S. Army Infantry Officer, leading combat patrols in Iraq and then commanding several support units over seven years of service.
Anthony holds a Finance degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Originally from South Florida, he lived in multiple states before settling in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife of more than 15 years and their two daughters.
